Welcome to my practice! As a certified lactation counselor and educator based in Los Angeles, I am dedicated to supporting birthing parents on their breastfeeding journey. Since opening my practice in Santa Monica in 2019, I offer both private and group classes, available in-person and through secured video chat. With my training from Breastfeed LA and UCSD Lactation Program, along with mentorship under Inna Botanci, I am here to provide you with the knowledge and guidance you need for a successful breastfeeding experience.
Learning to meet mama's and their families where they are and support them to meet their goals is first and foremost in her practice, it's who I am and what I do. The knowledge and information that I share is Evidence Based and researched to better serve the birthing parents in a effective, safe and sound session.
Welcome to my space! With over thirty-two years of experience in massage and bodywork, I am certified in Hawaiian Lomi Lomi, Reflexology, and birth education techniques, Maori Birth Preparation & Gentle Birth Preparation. I am passionate about sharing my knowledge through workshops and classes, both online and in person. Join me on this journey of healing and empowerment as we explore the art of touch and holistic well-being together.
